Q&A:
Q. What’s your role at Dynamic and how do you help support our clients?
A. My role is to oversee all business development opportunities and everything associated with growing the firm. We grow by providing world class services, tools and support to high quality, independent advisors. We continue to enhance that support and services to keep pace with the everchanging environment that advisors and clients experience every day!
Q. What attracted you to Dynamic, and what compels you to work in a profession servicing wealth advisors?
A. I have worked in the RIA space for many years. Over time, I have seen consistencies in areas where advisors really need additional support. Whether its regulatory, investment management or technology…Dynamic gets it! Through investing in people, technology and intellectual capital, Dynamic provides these services, and more, at the highest level.
Q. Where do you live?
A. I live in Cave Creek, Arizona. I moved to Arizona from Akron, Ohio in 2003.
Q. When you’re not working, what’s your favorite activity or hobby?
A. I have many things I like; however, time only allows for a few hobbies. Outside of spending time with my family, I love to play golf and coach my son’s flag football team. Go Cave Creek Raiders!
Q. How do you plan to spend the holidays? Any special traditions?
A. Some years we have traveled to see family in Florida and/or Ohio. Happy to be home with family and friends this year in Arizona. We’ll go to church, see Christmas lights and certainly eat a lot of food!
Q. Who’s your favorite superhero? Why?
A. I have many heroes that come to mind. Many people have inspired me to do my best and always do what is right when it comes to business, sports, friendships, etc. The most impactful would be those that emphasized what is truly important in life: family, friends and faith. That would be my parents, grandparents and certainly my wife, Nicole.
Q. What’s your favorite quote?
A. Most of my favorite quotes are from the Bible as they are relevant to any time in our lives. One that is impactful for me is:
2 Corinthians 1:4, “…who encourages us in our every affliction, so that we may be able to encourage those who are in any affliction with the encouragement with which we ourselves are encouraged by God.”
I say this to my kids and try to live by it:
“Do not be afraid to fail, be excited to succeed!” -Dad Kulesza
Q. How long is your commute to Dynamic?
A. Dynamic has invested in the infrastructure that allows for us to work from home. So not very far!
